Refund Policy

- Payment For Accommodation/Hotel Booking
  - 50% Payment required at the time of reservation
  - 50% Full & Final Payment required at the time of check-in
  - For Special Date Tariffs: 100% payment is required at the time of reservation.
- Payment For Transportation/ Car Booking
  - 50% Payment is required at the time of reservation
  - 50% Full & Final Payment required before Check-Out
- Payment For Tour Packages Booking
  - 25% Payment required at the time of reservation
  - 25% Payment required before 30 Days of travel date
  - 50% Full & Final Payment required before 15 Days of travel date
- All refunds will be provided as per cancellation policy to Guest’s Bank Account/UPI payment.
- Refunds may take 3-5 business days to be processed.
- We don’t provide refund for NON-Refundable tariffs.
